Founded in 1989, Land-Tech Enterprises, Inc. is a family-operated business built around a unique yet simple philosophy: the resources and capability you expect from a large company, with the personal touch you expect from a small business.

Since our formation, Land-Tech Enterprises has remained focused on innovation and customer service. We were proud to be among the first companies in the region to offer hydroseeding, establishing an early leadership position in erosion control and site stabilization.

With deep roots in Soil and Erosion Control, Land-Tech Enterprises quickly grew into a full-scope site contractor. Today we deliver end-to-end site development, including land clearing and excavation; earthwork and grading; erosion and sediment control; stormwater, drainage, and water management; underground utility preparation and installation; concrete work and asphalt paving; and final site improvements, including landscaping. During the winter season, we keep sites safe, help reduce slip-and-fall exposure, and keep operations moving with dependable snow and ice management.
